Starting from 2020 Magistral Ltd is involved into the “Workforce Productivity and Employment Support” National project. Goal of the project is to increase workforce productivity using methods of lean production and to increase quality and engagement of personnel. Responsible partner of Magistral Ltd in that project is Federal Competences Center (FCC).
Participation in that project is very important step for the entire company and for every employee as well. Together with FCC experts we develop methods and plans focused on production productivity growth, personnel engagement and company’s products competitiveness increase.
As a test process we have chosen production of the automotive triplex but further program will be realized in all departments and production facilities of Magistral Group of Companies.
As a result of the project we expect productivity growth of the enterprise not less than 5% within the first year of the program involvement with further growth for not less than 30% after three years of the project realization.
To achieve our goals we perform active test of the production condition to find out problem places and develop actions of problem elimination with further adoption of these actions into the production process.
